Un pont – symbole de la coop\u00e9ration transfrontali\u00e8re entre deux communes, deux pays voisins. Ici, entre Ralingen en Allemagne et Rosport au Luxembourg. C’est l\u00e0 que s’est r\u00e9cemment d\u00e9roul\u00e9e la rencontre de mise en r\u00e9seau des huit r\u00e9gions frontali\u00e8res d’Allemagne, dans lesquelles des projets tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents sont soutenus par la Robert Bosch Stiftung. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0Common Ground\u00a0\u00bb, la participation transfrontali\u00e8re de la population \u00e0 l’am\u00e9nagement et au d\u00e9veloppement de ses r\u00e9gions frontali\u00e8res est encourag\u00e9e. Dans notre r\u00e9gion frontali\u00e8re de Lorraine et la Sarre, il est \u00e9galement pr\u00e9vu d’impliquer les citoyens dans le d\u00e9veloppement d’un projet de territoire pour l’Eurodistrict Saar Moselle. Afin de rendre la coop\u00e9ration plus efficace, le million de personnes vivant le long de la fronti\u00e8re doit – \u00e0 long terme – b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de conditions de vie identiques. Un syst\u00e8me administratif unique doit aider \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les diff\u00e9rences administratives et permettre la cr\u00e9ation d’un espace de vie commun. ![\"\"](\"https:\/\/europ-age.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Rosport-1_2024-c-e1707079401524-300x200.jpg\")

Le projet pilote d’un concept d’agglom\u00e9ration transfrontalier pour l’Eurodistrict de la Moselle et de la Saar-Lor-Lux est en cours. Celui-ci doit \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9 par un conseil citoyen franco-allemand. Des th\u00e8mes tels que la mobilit\u00e9, la pr\u00e9vention en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9, l’\u00e9ducation, la culture seront int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans les d\u00e9bats, des solutions concr\u00e8tes doivent \u00eatre trouv\u00e9es. Depuis le d\u00e9but de l’ann\u00e9e 2022, EUROP’age Saar-Lor-Lux e.V. est impliqu\u00e9e dans la conception du projet et sera \u00e9galement repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e au conseil citoyen. La mise en place est pr\u00e9vue au printemps 2024.
