Les maires et les associations scellent un appel \u00e0 Berlin et Paris<\/p>\n

Malgr\u00e9 les barri\u00e8res linguistiques qui subsistent et les contr\u00f4les occasionnels aux fronti\u00e8res vivement critiqu\u00e9s : Il n’existe aucun autre endroit o\u00f9 les habitants de France et d’Allemagne sont aussi fortement li\u00e9s par l’amiti\u00e9 que dans l’agglom\u00e9ration transfrontali\u00e8re de Sarrebruck. C’est pourquoi, \u00e0 l’occasion de l’anniversaire de l’amiti\u00e9 franco-allemande, les maires et les repr\u00e9sentants de la vie sociale de la Sarre et de la Lorraine ont sign\u00e9 un m\u00e9morandum pour la cr\u00e9ation d’une Eurom\u00e9tropole commune \u00e0 Sarrebruck.<\/p>\n

Ce document appelle les gouvernements de Berlin et de Paris \u00e0 poursuivre r\u00e9solument sur la voie esquiss\u00e9e dans les trait\u00e9s f\"\"ranco-allemands et \u00e0 approfondir encore le partenariat. La vision est la suivante : \u00ab Sarrebruck, capitale franco-allemande \u00bb, comme le dit la r\u00e9solution, que la pr\u00e9sidente lorraine de l’Europ’age SaarLorLux Esther Ribic a \u00e9galement sign\u00e9e pour l’organisation transfrontali\u00e8re des seniors en pr\u00e9sence de la pr\u00e9sentatrice de la Radio Sarroise (SR) Lisa Huth (photo).<\/p>\n

Le maire de Sarrebruck, Uwe Conradt, et le pr\u00e9sident de l’Eurodistrict SaarMoselle, le maire de Sarreguemines, Marc Zingraff, avaient invit\u00e9 \u00e0 cette r\u00e9ception franco-allemande \u00e0 l’h\u00f4tel de ville de la capitale sarroise. \u00ab L’union fait la force \u00bb, telle \u00e9tait la devise des plus de 130 chefs de mairie, \u00e9lus locaux et repr\u00e9sentants d’organisations de l’espace SaarMoselle r\u00e9unis pour l’occasion. Emmanuel Suquet, envoy\u00e9 de l’ambassade de France en Allemagne, a salu\u00e9 le projet d’Eurom\u00e9tropole en ces termes : \u00ab Un symbole fort de l’id\u00e9e europ\u00e9enne \u00bb.<\/p>\n
